As the first Country Head of Grab Singapore (2013 – 2019), Kell Jay helped launch Grab in Singapore and led the business in its first 6 years. He is currently the Regional Head of GrabFin (since Jan 2022), the fintech arm of Grab Financial Group. In this role, he is accountable for the development and execution of Grab’s fintech vision of bringing financial inclusion to the 6 in 10 Southeast Asians who are under-served. GrabFin consists of payments, lending, insurance, wealth and rewards.
